Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for return shipping unless:

For all other cases, we recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure secure delivery back to our facility.
Refund Eligibility
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund times may vary by financial institution.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges directly. If you want a different item or variant, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items

Cancellations

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. Provide clear photos and your order ID. We will prioritize resolution with a refund, replacement, or store credit.
